Yume Nikki is an obscure 2004 exploration game in RPG Maker made by KIKIYAMA. It stars a hikikomori named Madotsuki who explores her dream worlds. The main goal is to unlock all 24 effects and reach the end.
There is a reimagining called Dream Diary made in 2019 and countless fangames. I like dotflow and Elemental Dreams.
